We’re going to the 5K Foam Fest in Vernon! It’s a super fun 5K with 25+ obstacles, mud, and a TON of foam. There are big slides, mud pits, and foam zones—so expect to get soaked and messy 😭

You can run or walk—it’s not a serious race
